A world of summer sea breeze and deep blue waters, Ege/Aiyaio by Nishane is an aromatic herbaceous fragrance that transports the wearer to the edge of the Aegean Sea and the ever-moving boundary between the rich terrain and crystal clear water. 'Ege' is the Turkish name for the sea that is derived from the Greek name 'Aiyaio' for the Aegean Sea, an elongated inlet of the Mediterranean Sea located between the Greek and Anatolian peninsulas. Having both names together as the perfume name (Ege/Aiyaio) is a deliberate choice by Nishane in order to pay homage to the civilization and culture, and their interdependence for centuries, shared by the Turks and Greeks, who are the neighbouring residents of the Aegean.
